We worked with a large European network airline to design a future long-haul network and widebody fleet, with optimized aircraft assignments on each route by season. This required detailed modeling of each cost and revenue line for each aircraft type, with variable demand modeling for each potential seat configuration.
Strategic Review of Non-Hub Routes
A network airline in the Eastern Hemisphere wanted an outside perspective on certain routes not connected to its hub. We examined profitability data, fleet procurement plans, scheduling issues, and competitive dynamics to recommend a reduction in service on selected routes and the elimination of others.
